Vipra Skill India, established in 2018, is a future-focused organization dedicated to empowering individuals through high-quality skill development and employment-oriented training. Headquartered in Panvel, Maharashtra, we operate across 25 districts in the state, delivering impactful, sector-specific training programs aligned with industry demands.
Led by visionary directors Mr. Vikas Chavan and Mr. Ravikant Chavan, our work is in close collaboration with the Skill India Mission (Government of India) and various state-level skill development programs. These partnerships enable us to offer certified, job-rerelevant training designed to bridge the gap between skills and sustainable employment.
A key focus area for Vipra Skill India is women empowerment and youth empowerment — making them truly job-ready for today's competitive workforce. We create inclusive, supportive, and practical training environments that help participants build confidence, acquire in-demand skills, and gain access to real employment opportunities.
